SiteLine web analytics is cookieless. There is no first-party analytics cookie, no cross-site identity, and no consent banner required for this tracking model alone. You still need a privacy notice for the site, and any other pixel you add is your own problem.
The script posts with credentials omitted. Unique visitors are a daily hash of a truncated IP (IPv4 /24, IPv6 /48), the user agent, and a rotating salt. The raw IP is not stored on the event. The hash resets each UTC day. Known bots are dropped. Events from hosts outside the allowlist are rejected.
Search Console is a separate dataset, imported with the read-only webmasters.readonly scope. Connecting it does not set a cookie on the marketing site. It does mean Google user data sits in SiteLine under the Limited Use rules in the privacy policy.
