Nothing out of sight. SiteLine is cookieless analytics and Search Console for people and agents.
Cookieless analytics and Search Console are kept beyond Google's 16-month Performance window and past the 1,000-row export cap. Sign up and look at data: add a domain, paste a snippet, connect Google when you want rankings. A 7-day trial starts with no card. Plans begin at $4.99 a month.
Search Console, without the interface limits
Search Console is built for a quick look. SiteLine imports the underlying data through Google's API and keeps it, so you and an agent can ask longer questions.
History in the Search Console interface is about 16 months. SiteLine backfills those 16 months when you connect a site, then keeps every day after that for as long as you subscribe.
The interface shows and exports at most 1,000 rows per report. SiteLine imports up to 25,000 rows per day for each report, so the long tail of queries and pages is still there when the UI has already stopped.
Search Console has no built-in way for an AI agent to read your data. SiteLine runs an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients can query it directly, read-only.
What the 1,000-row export leaves out
This is a limit illustration, not a customer result. Google's Performance export is truncated to 1,000 representative rows. The chart total includes data the table does not show. The Search Analytics API accepts a rowLimit up to 25,000 per request, and Google exposes at most 50,000 rows per day per search type. SiteLine stores one full page: up to 25,000 rows per day per report. It does not request rows 25,001 through 50,000.
If a report-day has 25,000 stored rows, the UI export's 1,000 rows leave 24,000 out. If that day has 400 query rows, the export already contains all of them. Smaller sites should not expect a hidden pile of queries. The full arithmetic is in how the 1,000-row cap works. Google's own description of the caps is in the Search Console performance data deep dive.
What gets imported
Imported for every site you add. There are no settings to choose and nothing to sample.
- Search types: Web, Image, Video, News, Discover, Google News.
- Dimensions: query, page, query plus page, country, device, search appearance.
- Metrics: clicks, impressions, CTR, average position.
- Granularity: daily. Every row is stored per day, so any date range can be summed or compared.
- Backfill: 16 months, everything Google still holds, imported when you connect a site.
- Refresh: every 4 hours. The latest 7 days are re-imported each run, including days Google has not finalized yet.
- Row limit: up to 25,000 rows per day, per report.
- Retention: for as long as you subscribe, beyond Google's 16-month window.
- Google access: read-only, through the webmasters.readonly scope.
- Not included: queries Google anonymises. Query totals can be lower than site totals.
Agents
SiteLine is an MCP server. Connect it once and an agent can list sites, pull trends, and rank queries and pages, with read-only access to Search Console and, separately, cookieless analytics. The two servers do not share a unit. Clicks are not sessions. Do not average position or CTR across breakdown rows. What the Search Console server returns, including movers, striking distance and the queries for a page: Google Search Console MCP server. Setup for each client is on one page: MCP setup for agents.
Pricing
Three event tiers. One product. Search Console and cookieless web analytics are on the same subscription. Pay for billable events, not site seats. Starter is $4.99 for 1 million events. Growth is $19.99 for 10 million. Scale is $99.99, then $2.99 per extra million. MCP is included on every tier. Full detail is on pricing.
Questions
Google publishes Search Console data about two days late. SiteLine re-imports the most recent 7 days because Google revises recent figures. The Google permission is webmasters.readonly only. The tracker does not set an analytics cookie. The trial does not require a card to start. A subscription currently covers one user, with unlimited sites.
